Managing Your Mortgage & Future Payments
- After your first payment, your permanent loan servicer takes over.
- This may be V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc. or another reputable company.
- Nothing changes about your loan terms – only who collects payments and provides service.
You’ll receive two letters that include details for making future payments:
- Goodbye Letter – From V.I.P. Mortgage, at least 15 days before transfer, letting you know your new servicer.
- Welcome Letter – From new servicer (even if it’s V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc) , within 15 days after transfer.
Please contact us if you don’t receive them.
